I had a great stay at this hotel in Cebu. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the hot/cold shower and the provided toiletries. The location was convenient, just a few minutes ride from the seaport, making it easy to explore the city.

The staff at this hotel were polite, well-spoken, and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me in getting a taxi and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The security guards, Trasporto Lr Jr and Jerome dela Cerna, were especially knowledgeable about the city and helped me with any queries I had. The hotel is also conveniently located near famous restaurants, making it easy to explore the culinary scene of this city. The rooms are spacious and offer a nice view of the hills, and the bed is comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel due to its excellent service and convenient location.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is close to the hospital where my mother was admitted. It's also situated near malls, which made it easy for me to grab essentials during my stay. there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, providing various dining options.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was a major disappointment. It was dirty and the tapwares appeared to have not been properly cleaned.
